Warranty
All units come complete with a 1-year RTB (Return-to-Base) warranty with the option of an upgraded 3-year onsite warranty if you wish. Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced. Should your purcahse have any damage, defect or discrepancy, it is the buyers’ responsibility to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. The item will be either replaced or replacement parts supplied at our cost.

If the packaging appears damaged in any way, you must sign ‘Damaged’ on the delivery note. Failure to comply with the above requirements will void any potential cliam. Tasaki UK will require all packaging to be retained for damage claims.

The delivery charge to anywhere in the United Kingdom is £65.00.
