The main Tasaki factory is located not far outside Bangkok in the province of Samutprakarn in Thailand. The factory manufactures air conditioners mostly from the raw input of metal sheet and copper tube. All the coils and cases are made in the factory. Some parts such as compressors are obtained from Japanese manufacturers in Thailand with Mitsubishi being an example.

The Tasaki factories handles from design to post production testing. Tasaki air conditioning units are designed by Tasaki’s own engineers.
